Terms of Use — ילקוט (School Hub)

By using ילקוט ("the app") you agree to these terms.
- The service. The app helps you organise tests, homework, presentations and links. It is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or stop at any time.
- Your account. You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your content. What you add stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and sync it for you. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
- Backups. We take reasonable care of your data, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups (Settings → ייצוא נתונים). We are not liable for lost data, missed deadlines or grades.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
- Ownership. The app, its code and design are © 2026 Jonathan Galai, all rights reserved (see LICENSE). Third-party components are listed in NOTICE.md.
- Ending. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → מחיקת חשבון).
- Changes. We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
